We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. SMS Program Terms (Glimpse Verification Alerts)
- Program name: Glimpse Verification Alerts
- Program description: SMS one-time passcodes (OTP) for signup, login, account recovery, and account security actions.
- Message frequency: Messages are sent only when a user requests verification; frequency varies by account activity.
- Cost notice: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-in method: Users opt in by entering a phone number and tapping "Send code" or "Continue" in the app.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or email info@useglimpse.io.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS verification messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
